Our neighbors decided to check feasibility of TAMA 38 in our building – who could we turn to for advice? Who would protect us from contractors, promotors or crafty neighbors? We felt it was beyond our capabilities.
A friend told us about the Law Zajfman-Kornitzer office – she said they had experience in the construction industry (including in “urban renewal”) and that they particularly respect the elderly, with patience and deference.
We can’t thank them enough, and it was a win-win situation for all parties!
